Its fine. After the deletion of the file and running my virus scanner i changed both my email and password. I am currently doing another scan with another antivirus just to be on the safe side. I'd also use Malwarebytes from the official site and Process Explorer from technet.
I wouldn't count on an AV finding the problem. I recently discovered a strange malware before I knew about the above programs so I'm not sure if Malwarebytes would have found it. When you just download and look at it, nothing will happen. If you execute it however, all bets are off.
