So you have your game files I your system storage, deleting and re installing that will not effect your save files and will give the game a chance to straighten itself out.
Your game save files that is stored separate in your ps4 remain until you chose to delete them, if for example you have 5 different playthroughs of old games then delete some of game files that you no longer use, I've noticd it helps the games cope a bit better.
